Practicing since 1983 with experience in the general practice of law has had Attorney Malley advocating for his clients in courts, administrative hearings, bankruptcy proceedings, and before local regulatory boards and commissions, throughout the State of Connecticut. He has argued appeals before the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts. Attorney Malley is a member of both the Connecticut Bar Association, the U.S. District Court Bar, and the American Trial Lawyers Association, and spends many hours per year attending seminars and continuing legal education to remain abreast of the ever-changing legal landscape.
