Attorney Seabourne has been engaged in the practice of law since 1975. He has represented municipalities, banks, and individual clients throughout the years of his practice. He has acted as a special master on family cases in the Litchfield Court and has represented clients diligently in all legal forums, both in Connecticut and Alabama. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the U.S. District Court Bar. He is especially skilled in handling family matters, real estate, probate, and all other facets of general practice.
